Thank you for shopping at IZ-FLOW. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.
Made-to-Order Production All IZ-FLOW products are custom-made on demand through our fulfillment partner, This means your item goes into production after your order is placed — we do not hold pre-made inventory.
Production Time Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the facility.
Estimated Delivery Times After production, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- United States: 7–17 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Customs & Duties International orders (including shipments to Spain) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. IZ-FLOW has no control over customs processing times.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. IZ-FLOW is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before production begins.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at our store's contact page. We will work with Printful and the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
