These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IZ-FLOW website and your purchase of products through our online store.

1. About IZ-FLOW

IZ-FLOW is an online apparel brand offering graphic and lifestyle products, including t-shirts and other products featuring original designs and creative artwork.

Our products are primarily made to order through our production and fulfillment partner, Printful.

IZ-FLOW operates from the Dominican Republic and primarily serves customers in the United States.

Printful may manufacture, process, package, and ship orders on our behalf.

2. Eligibility

By using the IZ-FLOW website or placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; or
  • You have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the website and make a purchase.

You also agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products and Product Information

IZ-FLOW makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, and other product information are accurate.

However:

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
  • Minor variations may occur during the manufacturing or printing process.
  • Product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
  • Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you regarding an alternative solution or issue a refund when appropriate.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Most IZ-FLOW products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

Because products are made to order, we generally do not maintain traditional pre-produced inventory for every design, size, and color.

This is also why our Return & Refund Policy contains specific restrictions regarding returns and exchanges.

5. Pricing

All prices on the IZ-FLOW website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, or discounts at any time.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, IZ-FLOW reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, contact the customer regarding the order.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Name
  • Shipping address
  • Billing information
  • Email address
  • Payment information
  • Product selections

You are responsible for reviewing your order before completing your purchase.

IZ-FLOW reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled order.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

IZ-FLOW does not intentionally store full credit or debit card numbers on its own systems.

Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies governing payment processing.

8. Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders may be sent to production shortly after purchase.

You may request cancellation while your order is still awaiting production.

Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible through the IZ-FLOW Contact page.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Products are manufactured and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Production location
  • Destination
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier conditions
  • Holidays and peak periods
  • Weather
  • Customs or other circumstances beyond our control

Any delivery dates or shipping estimates displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because IZ-FLOW products are generally made to order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect color selected by the customer
  • Personal preference

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, IZ-FLOW will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

11. Intellectual Property

All IZ-FLOW original content, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing materials

is owned by IZ-FLOW or used with appropriate authorization.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or commercially exploit IZ-FLOW content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of IZ-FLOW intellectual property to you.

Customer-Provided Content

If you submit, upload, or otherwise provide any content to IZ-FLOW, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.

You agree not to submit content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights belonging to another person or entity.

Printful similarly requires merchants to have the necessary rights to use and sell content submitted for fulfillment.

You agree not to use the IZ-FLOW website to:

  • Commit fraud
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Upload malicious code
